Heroes Sports Bar & Grill in Wichita

Service was very poor. Took forever to get our food and it wasnt even busy. Our server didnt check on us.

Good music. Staff did a good job. The djs need to mix up the music old school an new music. Slow the music down a few times so crowd doesn't stay hyped. Also way to much wee smoking towards the end of the night. That was the only down fall for me

Fun environment! Great music on a Saturday afternoon. Excellent service by BaeBae. She has an upbeat personality and was very attentive.

The burgers are ok out of 4 burgers ordered in our group they were all a little dry from overcooking, not a lot of people there and the service was really slow. The bacon cheesecake was different and good! There are a lot better burger places in Wichita

Bea Bea! You are by far the best! Thank you for suggesting the big girl burger, it was absolutely amazing and EVERYONE needs to try this!!!! (Men included......cuz damn! ). Will definitely be back! I’m bringing hubby and the entire adult kid crew next time....... just fabulous atmosphere and people. Make sure you are in Bea Bea’s section! She will def take care of you...... just an amazing place, love it

Came during the Whiskey and Wings crawl. Christine was amazing!! She was very attentive and we had a great time. She made the experience even better cause of her smile and youthful glow.

Went to have $5 burgers this afternoon & had the BEST service by the bartender Karissa! She is so sweet and made sure we were all taken care of !! Nothing but good things to say about her! :)

I have the best times on Fridays and the waitress Pam always get drinks from her she serves the best drinks

Great service! All the staff is fun and friendly especially the security! Which i would say is the best security in old town. Even when things get a lil crazy on saturday nights i always feel safe and in good hands.

Horrible service won’t be back, we were at a special out of the darkness event. This is the second year in a row my family waited 3 Hours for food. last year we waited and paid full price. This year we got up and left. Never returning. Deserves zero stars, the manager was even “servicing” our table. Took an hour just to get drinks..

Just at the center of wichita down town very well located. Amazing entertaiment spot with good music and all types of drinks. Beers to the best selection of cocktails. The real heros of wichita.

The staff is always pleasant and attentive, and the jalapeno popper burger is delicious. Pretty awesome drink specials too!

Went in for the 1st time today. Me and my wife sat at the bar. There was one other guy sitting at the bar as well. We watched the waitress behind the bar carry on a conversation with another waitress for easy 15 minutes. She never even looked at us. Won't stop in there anytime soon.

If I could give them a half of a star or no stars I would worst food ever my chicken wings were still bleeding the hero nachos didn’t come as advertised they came with just cheese and and meat and my Ranch Hand Burger was just a normal burger not wat I ordered

Came on $5 burger night, table for 2. Sat on the patio and the bartender came out to be our server. When I asked what was on tap she didn't know what that meant but she also wasn't motivated to get me a drink menu. After tracking one down from another table we ordered beers, one of was the wrong beer but she fixed it quickly. Ordered 2 specialty burgers with fries, took 25 min to get the food and neither of us got the right burger! Server never came back to check on the food. Fries were fine, but under seasoned. Don't know which burgers we got but they were just okay. Had to go track down the server for the check and got just a half hearted apology for giving us the wrong food. Not worth it!

Christine was very nice and the food was great. I really enjoyed it.

Ordered to-go food for a small staff meeting. The burgers were good but the fries were terrible. They're seasoned with lemon pepper and waay to much at that. Basically the seasoning was overpowering and completely detracted from the the fry. Not to mention I didn't even order fries. I ordered cottage cheese.

My boyfriend and I were trying to find a bar to go grab a beer and an app and this place is where we gravitated to! The waitress and bartender welcomed us in and told us to pick where we wanted to sit. They were oh so friendly and gave us suggestions as to what was considered the best to get. Ally was our bartender, and never let our beers get low. And our waitress Sam, was super nice and helped us pick something we would like and hit the nail on the head with the best fried tacos we’ve ever had. They had conversation with us and got to know us, and made us feel extremely welcome!! Thank you ladies!!

Just got finished here. Our waitress was GREAT. Very sweet and accommodating for a 10+ group that just popped up. Shaye was her name I believe. The reason it got the 3 stars is because of the burnt pizza I received. The meat was good, but still over cooked. The crust was burnt all the way around. Gotta do better on that, as a good cook wouldn’t let that out of his kitchen.

Good atmosphere, just watch the food being under cooked.

Awful experience. We were the only people there and waited two hours and never got our food. Four different waitresses. Took 30 minutes just to get drinks. Manager came and said would compensate the tickets. Basically just removed tax. Wasnt worth the wait.

The service with Christine was spectacular. She explained menu items and specials very well she was a very positive person.

Beebee is the best! She took great care of us when we were there. Great place to go and just chill or to dance the night away! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Wichita!

Christine and her Manager were super nice and attentive today! Watched a boxing match near the open patio and had the $5 burgers and fries and $2 beers. We will definitely be back...

Staff was mostly un-involved after serving my drinks but really enjoyed chatting and living it up with themselves. Several times half the bartenders would run back to the kitchen area for several minutes and I'd be sitting waiting on a drink. Won't be going back for sure.

Ended up not getting everything I order. Bland food, with the Pork BBQ was VERY little BBQ. Absolutely ridiculous. Will NOT be eating from here again. You HAVE to be drunk to enjoy their food.

I am in town once a year and I make sure to get their sweet pepper bacon. Probably won't again. It's nothing like it used to be. Still good, but not worth the stop any longer. Guys... Go back to the old bacon. This is just meh

Thursday is hamburger and fresh cut fries for 5.00 it was delicious and filling.

Very disgusting no cleaning supplies moldy food no body was wearing gloves or a face mask and unprofessional to work in not a good place to work or to eat at standing water in the kitchen floors a mold and the wall not a safe environment to be in

Heroes is the best sports bar in oldtown.BeaBea is the best manager & all of the Bartenders are awesome.The Big Boss Mike is very helpful with his staff i will continue to come here to eat and hangout after work.#HEROES.IS.OLDTOWN 😄😜😘

This is a sports bar that the owner turns into a Club at 9pm on a Monday night. I’m not trying to listen to loud obnoxious dance music in a sports bar that has 4 people on a Monday night. I want to enjoy a beer and watch a baseball game. Leave the club festivities to the weekend or 1 am. Bartenders were great but the owner is a tool.

I did a to-go order, and while the food was okay I could tell this place has gone down hill since the last time I visited two years ago. When I first tried calling it in the bartender hung up on me. Second time I called I placed my order and when arriving I said my name was Stephanie and the bartender said "it's under taphanie" or something along those lines, I've had my name mixed for other names before but that was a first. The girl that brought my food to me was not 100% there, she seemed out of it as if she was drunk or under some influence. Her coworkers had to tell her how to check me out and when giving me my ticket she slurred like crazy. Finally, my order was messed up...nothing too bad but yeah will not go back

Christina is a great server!! Greeted us the minute we walked through the door and made sure we were taken care of until we left.

Waited 45 minutes, never was acknowledged sitting at the table. Said screw it, got up and walked out. Buddy sarcastically thanked the staff for the service, they had no idea we were never helped. No drinks, no menus, nothing. We went to River City Brewing instead, treated like VIPs when we got there. Hero's need to work on their hospitality BIG TIME! Hero's USE to be good.

Rude staff, never have anything to make drinks. Their vegas bombs are trash. The people that were in the bar “regulars” I’m guess, we’re super rude. Definitely will not be going back!

Was charged $25 for a salad! Not sure what happened.. my guess is they added their own tip on there after I left. Have called several times and keep getting the run around such as, "the mgr can't be bothered today!" My suggestion is to run fast and far from this place!

Holly did a great job. Very attentive and friendly. She is a brand new waitress but did a very good job. Food and service was great!

I had supported this place in the past when they had blues society events. The food is not exceptional it is bar food. The hassle of going to Old Town is just not worth it anymore.

So happy to see my favorite bartender(Lori)back selling beers by the front on Saturday. We look forward to enjoying her personality and dancing with her every weekend, but had missed her the last several weeks. She really knows how to have fun with the customers and just has a great personality. Can’t wait to party with y’all this weekend!!! We love that you have Cadence on Saturday too. The best show in Wichita.

The waitresses were so friendly! But the manager BB was a joke. She was incredibly rude to her waitresses when they were doing their job just fine.

Came in on a saturday around 1 pm with my 2 children. 40 minutes after ordering we still hadnt gotten our appetizer, and I asked the waitress what was up. She said the cook was running behind. There was a table of 4, and 2 guys at the bar drinking. That's it...Absolutely terrible service and the manager was rude as hell when I brought it up. Apparently they rely on their nights to make their bills. Will never be back. Ever
